About us
MiniPodTech is an online store based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, selling portable mini printers and related accessories.
Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or product information was listed incorrectly, we cannot reach you to confirm the order, or we suspect fraud or misuse of cash on delivery.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and JazzCash.
For bank transfer and JazzCash, your order is dispatched after we confirm payment. Please send your payment screenshot to 0324 7333620 on WhatsApp.
Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Warranty
Our products carry protection against manufacturing faults for the period stated on the product page. This does not cover damage from dropping, water, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Thermal paper rolls are consumable items and are not covered by warranty.
Your responsibilities
- Give correct and complete delivery information
- Be reachable on the phone number you provide
- Accept parcels you have ordered, or tell us in advance if you cannot
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in working condition. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost data, arising from the use of our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
