Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. We do not ship outside Pakistan at this time.
Delivery charges
- Cash on delivery: Rs 249
- Online payment (bank transfer or JazzCash): Rs 149
Paying online saves you Rs 100 on delivery.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
For orders paid by bank transfer or JazzCash, processing begins once we confirm your payment. Please send your payment screenshot to 0324 7333620 on WhatsApp so we can dispatch faster.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Weather, strikes, and courier delays can also affect delivery times. We will keep you informed if there is a delay.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address and order details before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter is correct and reachable.
If we cannot reach you after three attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. You may check the item in front of the courier before paying.
Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels without reason may result in cash on delivery being disabled for your number.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Wrong address
Please double check your address before placing the order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, you will need to pay the delivery charge again for redelivery.
